WASHINGTON DC:

DC Mayor Muriel Bower is lifting the stay-at-home order Friday, May 29, and moving the District into Phase 1 of reopening, or “stay-at-home light,” as she’s calling it. Starting Friday, nonessential retail businesses will be able to operate curbside pick-up, restaurants will be able to offer outdoor seating, and parks operated by the DC government will be open, among other restrictions.
